  • Restore your body's natural balance, coordination and poise
  • Identify the habitual behaviours that cause and maintain stress, strain and many painful conditions
  • Learn to regain control of your body and mind, through developing your powers of awareness and thought.

Ella has a particular interest in working with performers, and the application of the Alexander Technique to voice problems and back and joint pain.

“Ella's sessions are important for my general well being. Her calm instruction has helped me improve my posture, sore joints and rehabilitation of two broken bones as well as promote a greater awareness of the need to listen to my body.”

Gilly Lethbridge, Special needs teacher

"Ella is an excellent AT teacher and her sessions have really helped me with pain relief for a chronic back problem. She is also full of interesting tips and ideas about how to tackle the postural issues which often contribute to back pain. Highly recommended!"

Andrew Walpole, Head of Corporate Communications, England and Wales Cricket Board

"I have had three AT teachers over many years and Ella is by far the best. She has delivered the very essence of Alexanders teaching. Highly recommended."
